Anne Phey is a sales & marketing professional known for her strategic thinking, creative break-through initiatives, change management, team development with a drive for excellence, resulting in a multiplier effect in growth & returns on investment. She specializes in strategic initiatives & market development roles for international markets.

Anne is currently Marketing Director for IBM Systems & Technology Group, where she is in charge of developing the go to market strategy for market expansion. Anne leads a team of professionals in product, channel & field marketing, PR communications and telemarketers across Asia Pacific. She champions and leads collaboration across multiple brands and channel partners to exploit technology in the areas of cloud, big data & analytics, mobile and social.

Prior to this role, Anne was Director of Industry Solutions Sales and Marketing. She led the team to provide differentiated solutions across IBM’s portfolio of consulting, IT services, software and hardware, and partner solutions. Her key focus areas in driving productivity improvements included analytics, marketing automation, O2O, social collaboration, business continuity and industry solutions.

In 13 years, Anne has led her teams to win 24 awards for setting best practices in customer acquisition & market growth. Anne herself is IBM's top talent and was deployed on a Corporate Service Corp mission to Brazil NGOs. In her personal capacity, Anne has actively contributed articles across diverse topics on client advocacy, talent management, channel ecosystem development, strategic partnerships, digital marketing, etc. Anne is a well loved mentor, respected speaker, Singapore IT Federation IT Awards qualifying judge and LinkedIn's Top #2 Social Seller.

Prior to IBM, Anne held Sales & Marketing Director positions at Digilog CRM, MTV Asia, was an entrepreneur with The Publican Publicist, and held management roles in Batey Ads & Bates Advertising.
