Nizam Md Agil currently assumes the role of the Customer Service Director of DHL Express Singapore. With over 15 years in the Customer Service industry, Nizam is responsible for leading the country Customer Service team and driving service excellence for DHL Express customers in Singapore

 

No stranger to DHL, Nizam joined the company since 2004 and has held several key positions in the Customer Service department within the DHL network in Malaysia, Germany and Singapore. His exceptional Customer Service management skills have seen him take on key strategic roles in global and regional customer service teams, Head of Quality in Singapore as well as Director of Customer Service in Malaysia. Nizam was leading the National Ground Operations team in DHL Express Malaysia prior to his current appointment.  

 

Nizam started his career with Andersen Consulting (later named Accenture) providing management consulting advice on customer service, encompassing customer touch points and call centre.

 

Nizam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol (UK)
