The International Customer Relationship Management, Customer
Information System & Service Symposium (International CRM, CIS & Service Symposium) is a 2-day symposium organized from a broad and interdisciplinary
perspective. It provides a knowledge management network for industry
quality experts, postgraduate students and Senior Executives to exhibit
and showcase CRM related best practices, latest and advance knowledge to
business excellence.
