About the Symposium

The International Customer Relationship Management, Customer Information System & Service Symposium (International CRM, CIS & Service Symposium) is a 2-day symposium organized from a broad and interdisciplinary perspective. It provides a knowledge management network for industry quality experts, postgraduate students and Senior Executives to exhibit and showcase CRM related best practices, latest and advance knowledge to business excellence.

The Symposium is organized:

  • to serve as a platform for building, sharing and disseminating knowledge about customer service management

  • to promote professionalism in customer service industry

  • to arouse interests in research about customer service innovation and improvement

  • to encourage corporations to further invest on people development for managing and improving their customer service systems and operations effectively

The Symposium mainly comprises keynote presentations and multiple streams including the Paper Stream and the Project Stream. While postgraduate students studying Business Studies, Marketing, Industrial Engineering and Psychology will be invited to submit paper, Business Executives from the commercial sectors and industries will be invited to submit project.
