About International Greater Bay Area CRE Innovation Leadership Awards
International Greater Bay Area CRE Innovation Leadership Awards aims to recognize innovative services, programs, products, solutions, technologies, applications, business cases, successful campaigns that inspire and strengthen Innovation Leadership and culture to accelerate business growth and customer relationship excellence.

Business Case Submission Guide

Participants are required to prepare and submit their business case in both PowerPoint and word document to elaborate and highlight the innovation aspects and impact to creating business value to internal and external customers for the CRE Innovation Leadership Awards. Organizations who have demonstrated achievements in leadership innovation, creativity, or research development will be awarded with recognition on their impact, including but not limited to organizations who influence employees to produce creative ideas, products, services and solutions; new thinking and methods in leadership transformation, employee creativity fostering collective innovations.

The Business Case

The Business Case should include but not limit the following elements: 1. CRE Innovation Awards categories applied. 2. Objectives of the Innovation Initiatives. 3. Details of the Innovation Initiatives. 4. Performance Measurement of the Innovation Initiatives. 5. Evidence of achievements.

Participants are required to submit a written business case of not more than 20 pages in word document, as well as a PowerPoint Presentation. The submission should present an overview of their business and customer service innovation in achieving customer relationship excellence in accordance of the Customer Service Quality Standard (CSQS). The details of the business case are to be defined by the participating organization; however, APCSC recommends that you be creative and innovative when making your case.
