Customer Service Officer (5.5-days work/week, Shift Work)

    Job Description:

    The incumbent is responsible for the following task providing quality customer services, including inquiry & complaint handling, and general administrative work:

    • Answer calls and respond to emails
    • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
    • Research required information using available resources
    • Manage and resolve customer complaints
    • Provide customers with product and service information
    • Enter new customer information into system

     

    Requirements:

    • Form 5 or above
    • 1 year or above relevant experience in customer services field is preferred
    • Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, communicative level of English and Mandarin
    • Result-oriented and self-motivated with strong desire to success
    • Fresh graduates will be considered as well.

    Job Description:

    The incumbent will be responsible for supporting our consultants on various projects, research, admin, sales and marketing work in the Greater China region.

    • Bachelor Degree in in any disciplines
    • Good communication and business development skills

    • Good writing skill in English & Chinese
    • Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint

    Full Time / Part Time ISO 9001 / ISO 14000 / Corporate Social Responsibility Auditor

    The incumbent will be responsible for conducting 3rd party audit training delivery, sales presentation and product development with customer and marketing oriented mindset.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Science / Information Technology / Corporate Social Accountability or related disciplines
    • Minimum 6 years working experience in industrial / service organization
    • Previous experience in certification program development and project management
    • Registered auditor on ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 management system
    • Knowledge on ISO 9001 / ISO 14000 / OHSHS / BS15000 / ISO27001, Information Technology, FDA/GMP requirement. Corporate Social Responsibility or related subjects
    • Knowledge in Quality Management System implementation
    • Registered auditor with training and tutoring experience is preferred
    • Fluent in English and Mandarin
