If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome in your place at no extra charge, No refund will be given if you cancel. APCSC reserves the right to cancel or alter the content and timing of the event, programs, or identity of the speakers for reasons beyond its control. If the event is cancelled, you will receive a refund. If the event is postponed, you will receive a credit note. APCSC will endeavor to run the event on time.
