中國,香港 — 2018年6月15日—亞太顧客服務協會(APCSC)於2018國際傑出顧客關係服務獎頒獎典禮晚宴宣佈2017國際傑 出顧客關係服務獎選舉(CRE Awards)得獎名單。得獎者經全面平衡集分卡選出。這包括自我表現基準評審、提名企業的商 業方案匯報、神秘探訪、以優質顧客服務國際標準(CSQS)為評估準則的實地考察、公眾投票,最後由多位傑出顧客關係專家共 同議定得獎者。國際傑出顧客關係服務獎選舉的設立目的,是提昇各國際都會的顧客服務質量和優質顧客關係,並藉此肯定那 些為客戶提供了出色服務的政府部門、企業、團體及個人。
